Position Summary:

This position will be responsible to administer numerous departmental Excel spreadsheets and graphs; input and balance weekly/monthly productivity statistics and produce graphs; balance monthly bank statements and general ledger accounts; analyze invoices being disputed with other departments and outside vendors; research vendor statements & respond via written correspondence; answer all vendor inquiries and assist other areas of Accounts Payable during monthly closings.

Career snapshot: 

• Develop and administer Excel spreadsheets and graphs
• Balance and record all productivity statistics and produce graphs
• Balance monthly bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Analyze invoices, research, reconcile, and record
• Assist and service vendor inquiries and other areas of Accounts Payable
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• One year certificate from college or technical school, or 3-6 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Excel Proficient
• Must have good analytical skills.
