Pastry Cooks are in charge of creating the wide variety of pastries and sweets available to our guests including cold and frozen desserts, ice cream, ice cakes, pudding, chocolates, and more! Ideal candidates have knowledge of advanced pastry cooking methods and mixing techniques, as well as experience in a high volume pastry production environment.
