Experienced Bartender for Luxury Cruise ships-Embarkation asap after Interview

For our client American Company we are looking for Bartender with large proffessional experience , female candidates preferred.  

Contract duration is 6 months on to 2 months off.

Embarkation after successful interview with the Employer.

Basic weekly salary in USD plus tips./ min guarantee 2 500 USD per month.Very good condition on board of one of the Luxury ship on Large cruise company

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Direct and leads the Assistant Bartenders and Beverage servers
• Opens/closes all guest bars throughout the ship, island and crew areas.
• Proactively provides efficient and friendly beverage service in all bars;
• Prepares and serves classic and tropical cocktails directly to guests and/or for Beverage service team. Verifies guests are of legal drinking age.
• Records daily sales; practices up-selling and suggestive selling techniques.
• Keeps areas stocked with all supplies.
• Maintains and ensures cleanliness of areas to uphold the standards.
• This role has high guest interaction.

Requirements and Qualification:

• Minimum three years bar experience
• Ship experience preferred
• Proven knowledge of international cocktail  recipes and alcohol brands
• Very good English language knowledge
• Leadership skills
