HK Cabin Supervisor for European River Ships

Description:

Responsible for delivering an exceptional housekeeping service for our travelers in accordance with Grand Circle
Cruise Line (GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Practicing GCCL values
• Responsible for daily cleaning and servicing of approximately 18 guest cabins
• Responsible for cleaning public premises
• Assisting with the passenger and crew laundry
• Any other duties advised by Head Cabin Attendant/Hotel Manager
• Leading HK department during absence of Head Cabin Attendant

Skills/Qualifications:

• Hotel school diploma or basic education equivalent is preferred
• Minimum two years of experience in the field of desired position, preferably in a 4 or 5 star  hotel, or cruise ship
• EU passport holder
• Cruise ship experience is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and progress
• Good level English
