River Cruise Job - Hairdresser

On behalf of our respectable Client (5* European River Cruise Line), we are looking for highly motivated Hairdresser.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting guests on embarkation day to escort them to their cabin and help with luggage
• Cleaning 6 staterooms during changing day in compliance with company standards and hygienic guidelines
• Cleaning the SPA area daily and minimum 1 general cleaning per week
• Responsible for all hairdresser appointments in compliance with company standards
• Responsible for welcome towels after excursion in compliance with the masseur/masseuse (if on board)
• Check and refill the fitness room (towels, water,…) several times a day in compliance with the masseur/masseuse
• Assists with "Turn-down" service on a daily base
• Reporting technical defects in the SPA area to the reception
• Assistance in the laundry
• Responsible for all sun deck towels and blankets several times a day
• Adherence to cleanliness and hygienic regulations in compliance with HACCP and company standards
• Knowledge of the ship and the respective daily program Guest services in general

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum two years experience as hairdresser
• Organizational and communication skills
• Guest focused, stress resistant, calm under pressure, team player and with positive appearance
• Open minded and flexible with high social and inter-cultural competencies
• Fluent in spoken English and/or German depending on the ship
• Must work independently
