Internship At Carnival Maritime Information Technology

Costa Crociere is seeking an intern to provide quality support to its IT Department for Carnival Maritime brand, specifically dedicated to Asset Management Systems functional area. This is an excellent learning opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in a complex, multicultural and challenging business environment.

• Work in an international contest, with a Project Team composed by persons belonging to different countries and cultures
• Acquire the knowledge of the IT system dedicated to the Technical Maintenance and Procurement of the new Costa Group Ships
• Design the reporting tool (Cloud DataLake & Dashboards) to track and monitor the performance of business processes supported by the IT system
• Support the implementation of the new Dashboards, performing the testing and supporting the delivery
• Draw up the User Manuals, train the Business Users and support the delivery of the new Reporting tool

Requirements

• Bachelor and/or Master's Degree in  Economics, Engineering, Information Science & Technology, Management, Statistics, Mathematics
• Analysis and Problem solving attitude
• Good knowledge of English (B2 at least)
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Teamwork attitude
