Internship At Global & Strategic Marketing - User Experience Design Team

For our Digital Marketing Department we’re looking for an intern who’ll provide quality support to the eCommerce & Digital Department. The Department manages all the Costa's B2C websites in the world and the App. The goal is to create brand awareness, communicate the product, inform the visitors with itineraries and prices and engage them when they are onboard a Costa cruise.

This is an excellent learning opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in the Digital world, in a complex, multicultural and challenging business environment.

She/He will support the Head of the Digital Customer Experience team in understanding the customer needs, designing outstanding digital experiences, prototype and test them to ensure a successful implementation. Open mind, creativity and a design thinking approach will be at the basis for the daily work in an agile framework.

Requirements:

• Bachelor and/or Master's Degree in Design
• Good knowledge of English
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI tools, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).,
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial, positive and creative attitude
