We are currently actively seeking experienced "Baristas" to join our luxury fleet. The role of the "Barista" is to provide quality beverages, whole bean and food products, consistently and efficiently for all guests by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. You must be able to adhere to health, safety and sanitation guidelines in the workplace and for all products. Please see specific requirements below:

• 2 Years experience is required in a similar position hotel/cruise ship experienced
• Professional and well-presented appearance
• Outgoing personality
• Excellent English language skills both verbally and written
• Fast and accurate computer skills
• Basic food and beverage knowledge 
• Ability to deal with pressure and difficult guests
• Excellent ability for name recognition
• Effective planner and organizer
• Extensive knowledge of beverages such as coffee and teas –basic knowledge of varying brands and quality of liquors.Advanced understanding of operating a coffee machine and coffee drink types.
