Previous Cruise Ship experience as a Hotel Director / Hotel Manager / Associate Hotel Director is ideal.

Or General Manager / Hotel Manager experience from 4* / 5* Hotels, with multi F&B outlets and at least 400+ rooms.

You will be managing teams of 600 / 800+ staff in this fast paced, high volume operation / floating Resort.

Extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of hotel/cruise ship operations within the US / Worldwide.
Efficient and effective bottom line operator.
Strategic planner, with an innovative, hands-on, practical management approach.
Ability to provide leadership and motivation to employees in pursuit of company goals.
