Job description:

We are looking for someone, full of knowledge and passionate about creating unique experiences through beverage trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ recent experience as Head Bartender in r 4/5 star hotel/resort/premium bar/restaurant.
• High Level knowledge of spirits, beer and cocktails, wine is a bonus
• Well versed in cocktail preparation and techniques
• Excellent presentation skills to present training programs
• Administrative skills to manage training programs
• Passionate about people and able to handle guest complaints with a smile!
• All certificates as required by the STCW code for this position
• Strong English written & verbal skills
