1st Officer required for Luxury Cruise Line

We are currently looking for a 1st Officer to join Windstar Cruises. 
 

The First Officer is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the bridge operations, the safety operations, and delegated environmental activities.
 

Candidates must have worked in rank onboard a cruise vessel previously


Rotation: 3 months on / 3 months off 

Competitive Salary paid per day worked in GBP / USD +   Return Bonus
 

Requirements:
 Mandatory:  

• Valid CoC Chief Mate unlimited and Bahamas Endorsement.
• GMDSS and Bahamas Endorsement.
• Valid Seafarers Medical and pre-employment company medical.
• ECDIS generic and type specific training.
• Safety Officer course.
• Designated Security Duties.
• Crisis Management and Human Behaviour.

         

Certificates that are strongly preferred, but not required before deployment to a vessel:

• RYA Power Boat level 2 certification
