Tasks / Responsibilities

  • Service-oriented assistance for our international guests
  • Application of the hotel program Resco and MS Office
  • Carry out safety & security rounds during the night
  • Completing administrative jobs and preparing Night Audit report
  • Preparing embarkation, disembarkation
  • Active support of all departments

Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship or specialized training in hospitality
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Advanced level of English and / or German both, written and verbal
  • Advanced computer skills, ICDL level
  • Friendly and service-oriented personality
  • Excellent teamwork and stress resistance
  • EU passport
