The Company

I am currently working with a growing Yacht Management company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Crew Manager to join the management team. 

The Role

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Crewing specialist or Cruise Purser to take the next step in their career. 

As Crewing Manager you will enjoy a varied role. You will manage relationships with Yacht Captains, issue crew contracts, manage certification, invoice boats and ensure relationships are being conducted as agreed. 

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2 years plus crewing/purser experience 
• Fluent written and spoken English 
• Computer literacy 
• Strong communication and organisation skills
