Characteristics, Skills & Experience:
Must be 21 years or older to apply and possess the below experience.

• Luxury Sales experience in retail
• Ship Experience within the Luxury Retail or Jewelry Retail areas onboard
• Boutique Management in onboard Luxury Retail is a bonus
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong team ethic
• Dedication to customer retention and relationship building
• Self-motivated and the ability to take constant feedback & coaching
• Thrives in a target driven environment
• An All -Rounder superstar
• Willing to lift and do all hard tasks, assist with retail pallets & receiving & offloading
• Extremely organised with admin
• Always ready to adapt to change, improvise, innovate, take initiative & be proactive

Physical Demands, Travel & Life Onboard:
• Entry-level basic salary across most our positions is $1250 (non-negotiable)
• Plus, commission - the % increases as targets are met, with uncapped earning potential starting from $1
All costs for personal documents (visas, police clearance, medicals) are at the candidate's expense. The company will cover travel expenses, including flights to and from the vessel, at the start and end of the contract. Contracts are 6 months long, and crew members will have shared living quarters with essential comforts incl. a bathroom. No fees are charged onboard for living expenses, food, laundry, etc. Internet is available at a cost.
• Candidates/new hires will need to purchase their own uniforms following EFFY standards and the guidelines of the cruise line they've been selected for.
