Future Cruise Specialists

Cast-A-Way is currently seeking charismatic customer service professionals with a proven track record of sales to go out to sea as a Future Crusie Specialist.

You will be responsible for seeking out potential future guests and selling future cruise bookings. you will assist in planning itineraries for guests currently cruising on board the ship that you live and work on for a 6 month contract. 

This role focuses on promoting the future cruises and actively following leads to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets while providing excelent customer service and exuding professionalism.

Administrative work like tracking activity and providing reports will also be a big part of the role.

The right candidate for the job is 21 years old or older, has fluent English (oral and written) skills and can prove a track record in high end sales. Previous experience working on a cruise ship is an advantage.

Positions offer excellent renumeration and start between February ans May 2023.
