Your responsibility will include, but will not be limited to:

• Providing a friendly and efficient service to guests, creating ‘Ambassador Moments’ and leading to total guest and company satisfaction
• Responsible for the supervision of all assigned staff, ensuring service levels met at all times
• Provides regular on-the-job training and support to all assigned staff members
• Complete relevant daily reports as required by Restaurant Manager
• Be familiar with all menu items, ensuring correct preparation and service is delivered at all times
• Conduct team briefing sessions at the commencement of each shift, including menu briefings
• Ensure thorough knowledge of Wine menu and assist Waiters in recommending wines which will complement selected food items
• Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance and upkeep of all dining equipment, furniture, stations and vessel property
• Ensure all glasses, cutlery, crockery and other items required for dining are checked prior to use.To be responsibly minded for the breakage and loss or such items
• Interact and cooperate with Restaurant Manager, Head Waiter, Maitre D, Executive Chef, Chief Housekeeper and Galley staff to ensure correct presentation and timely delivery of food items
• Follow Restaurant hygiene regulations in line with Public Health standard
• Any other duties as reasonably requested by Restaurant Manager.
