Your chartered goal
- Planning, organization, and coordination of the entire kitchen area
- Monitor the goods-ordering and storage processes as well as oversee the cost of goods sold
- Leading and training of an international team of up to 30 employees
- Monitor the proper preparation of food and the food quality and coordinate the buffet setup
Your previous ports of call
- Completed training as a chef and ideally acquired a master craftsperson’s diploma
- Demonstrable professional and managerial experience in the premium hotel and restaurant segment
- Ideally additional qualifications and already gained some practical experience on cruise ships
- Excellent English skills
- A friendly demeanor, positive interactions with guests and the ability to work as part of a team
