• Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and airline details.
• Understand and address clients' travel needs.
• Recommend suitable transportation options, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
• Make reservations for transportation and hotels on behalf of clients.
• Manage payments and fees.
• Handle travel-related issues, complaints, and refunds.
• Maintain client information and financial records.
• Stay updated on tourism trends by attending travel seminars.
