In this fantastic role as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager you will be required to effectively manage your close-knit team, leading a better together approach. You will be required to complete appraisals and identify development opportunities and ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with all company public health, hygiene and safety guidelines. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager, analysing cleaning trends and identifying improvements, continually striving to improve Guest satisfaction scores and effectively resolve issues or complaints in relation to your own areas.

You will require the following experience to join Cunard as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager:
- Experience managing a large Housekeeping team, within a luxury hotel environment or cruise line
- Experience of working with budgets and departmental financial information within a corporate environment
- Ideally you will have experience conducting internal audits/inspections to ensure high standards are maintained
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of laundry services desirable
