About HFG Media: HFGM is a dynamic, multi-media marketing company specializing in luxury travel retail, with a global presence across 3 Cruise Lines and over 60+ cruise ships at sea. We are seeking charismatic individuals with dynamic personalities to fill our Shopping Guide, Assistance Shopping Guide, and Brand Ambassador positions onboard.

Position Overview: As a member of the HFGM Community, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and providing an exceptional shopping experience to cruise passengers. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to our team’s growth, development, and success.

Requirements:

• Strong and clear communication skills
• Ability to take constructive feedback
• Great work ethic
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Thrives under pressure
• Adaptable, innovative, and initiative-driven
• Ship experience preferred but not required
• Public Speaking skills are preferred but not required
• Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese) is advantageous

Desirable Skills:

• Public speaking experience
• Good with scripts and memorization
• Comfortable with a microphone
• Confidence in improvisation

Please Note:

• This position requires a commitment of 6 months at a time, working and living onboard a cruise ship.
• Shared living quarters/room/cabin with one other person.
• Candidates are responsible for visa, medical, and documentation costs.
• Flights and accommodation are covered by the company.
