Administrative Assistant

Our client is a large global organisation who holds interests in many different aspects of shipping including ship management. With offices in all of the core shipping locations, you will always have the opportunity to progress and develop inside of the group. This opportunity requires NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE as an Administrative Assistant, as full training and mentorship will be provided by the business during a tailored, three-month traineeship programme. Over this time, you will gain an invaluable insight into the world of Shipmanagement. In this role you be providing administrative support. Further duties include organising the stores orders and booking travel arrangements.

Successful candidates will

• Be fluent in English and German
• Good command of Microsoft 365 software and programmes
• Be highly organised
• Have the ability to work independently
• Be a team player focused on delivering task
