Position Summary:

The Content Management Administrator maintains the new content management system across the global markets and helps translate the overall marketing message into systematized content components that can be used by the Web Producers. This position will provide strategic direction for the content management system evolution and entry of information for the web sites.

Career Snapshot:

• Responsible for the development of template in the content management system (TeamSite) and governance of content across all the producers
• Responsible for submitting, tracking and monitoring content requests from all global markets
• Define content mapping and code integration with Content Management System (CMS) developers in IT
• Responsible for ensuring all the content including copy, assets and multi-media for the web site meet content templates and module standards
• Manages the project plan for content during the project life cycle including setting expiration dates, repurposing old content as needed via the Content Management System (CMS) utilizing HTML and performing Q & A and User Acceptance Testing
• Responsible for collecting business requirements from the business units as it refers to content requests
• Works with Business Analytics to evaluate effectiveness of modules and templates and creates action items for the rest of the team
• Coordinates Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies with vendors and IT as it relates to the content optimization
• Conducts templates and content management system acceptance testing by testing the applications coded by IT.
• Assist in coordinating product launch initiatives including demos and training for new templates and the content management system
• Assist in the coordination and execution of translation services
• Accountable for reinforcing brand identity and message to consumers through the content templates
• Assists with the development of creative and content strategy for enterprise by collaborating with other Marketing peers and vendor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2 to 4 years working with Content Management Systems in a strategic and template development role
• Working knowledge of the business and segment nuances
• Experienced working with information architecture in an interactive medium 

Preferences:

• Marketing or business major preferred or 6 years equivalent work experience
• Strong interactive marketing experience and moderate technical background preferred
