• Salary:             From 5464.00 AUD $ / $3900USD / £3050UK tax free (Let’s chat about this)
• Berthing:         Single cabin
• Rotation:         4 months onboard and 2 months off (not paid in vacation time)
• Start date:       Soon!
• Leading:          You will manage the onboard L&D Manager
• Reporting to:   The Captain and shoreside HR team.
• Required:        References, visa, medical…following company covid requirements
• Flights:            Provided free back and forth by the host company
• Uniforms:        Provided free by the host company
• JD:                   Full JD on application

The SUPERB Opportunity

Working on a fabulous cruise ship, you will be responsible for the HR function. Your responsibilities will be managing Crew welfare, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Guest Satisfaction, Safety and being an onboard ambassador for the company.

You the PERFECT HR Manager

• You will have already worked at sea as an HR Manager or HR Director.
• Perhaps you have been in a shipboard role of Learning and Development Manager / L&D Consultant and have had solid HR exposure…ready to move to your first HRM role.
• You will have a clear understanding of how to manage the progressive disciplinary process and have managed ER cases before – on your own or perhaps alongside another HR Manager.
• You will currently be shoreside.
• You will be ready for a new adventure to start in May 2024.
• Your CV will be SPARKLING and evidence your ER exposure.
• You will have had experience of working at senior level onboard.
