Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is a family run company, well known for our quality cruises and the ‘personal’ touch we offer our guests.

The Entertainment Host/Hostess works within a busy entertainments department, with responsibilities including:

Performing and assisting with guest entertainment activities;
Socialising with guests;
Arranging and hosting guest parties;
Table hosting;
Assisting embarkation and disembarkation.
Applicant should possess the following skills and qualities:

Ambitious, hardworking and results driven work ethic, with a focus on excellent customer service;
Wide knowledge of popular music and recreational trends;
Fluent in English communication: both written and spoken;
Basic knowledge of sound and light set up;
Knowledge of tournament set up and scoring system;
Commercial awareness in a highly customer focused environment;
Engaging public speaking manner when presenting to large groups;
Competent use of all Microsoft Office functions;
STCW training - essential;
Cruise Ship experience - advantageous.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary and a 4:1 work rotation of four months on board followed by one month of leave.
