SALES ASSOCIATE 

• Shipboard experience advantageous 
• Retail Sales experience in target driven environment essential

Understanding the importance of customer service; having the ability, commitment, and willingness to excel in delivering outstanding service to our guests. With outstanding social skills, while conveying a warm, friendly, and caring personality, you will need to adapt and adjust to a variety of situations daily, all part of working onboard, within a highly pressured environment that’s ever-changing and evolving.

Requirements:

• Professional and well presented
• Sales Experience in a target driven / commission based role
• Strong & clear communication skills, ability to take constructive feedback, and a great work ethic
• Self-motivated, target driven & a great team player
• Thrives under pressure
• Focused and driven to achieve professional and personal goals
• Always ready to adapt to change, improvise, innovate, and take initiative
• Ship experience is preferred but not a requirement
