Windstar Cruises are searching for a 4th Officer to join our Candidate Talent Pool.

This position is ideal for recently graduated Deck Cadets, looking for their first position as a qualified OOW!

4th Officer Responsibility Overview:

• Bridge Operations – Nav, Co-Nav and Officer Admin Roles as directed. Assist with Cadet Training, Assist with Passage Planning, Assist with all Bridge Admin etc…
• Tendering & Boat Operations – Tender & Zodiac Coxswain, Assist with Expedition Zodiac Operations etc…
• Safety – Assist with Safety Officer Functions, Safety Training, Safety Equipment Inspections. Emergency Team Leader Responsibility.
• Deck Duties – Officer in Charge of Mooring Decks, Operate Sail Systems etc…

Rotation: 4 months on, 2 months off
Salary: Paid per Day Worked + Return Bonus
