Our Gandemanger is the head of Pantry and other cold preparation stations across the ship. Is responsible for maintaining all recipe's and public health standards and ensuring they are being followed. Handles a team of 10-20 employees in his/her station.

He or she shall be responsible for adhering to the budget allocated to the station on a daily basis, maintaining communication with his/her Sous Chef for any relevant data needed in daily operation.

If you have about 5-7 years of experience as a CDP1 Pantry or Gandemanger or a similar position in a four- or five-star cruise ship, hotel, restaurant, or high-volume food service facility you are the talent we are looking for.

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
