Viking is hiring a\u202Fcustomer service-oriented team player to join our\u202Fteam of Airport Representatives in\u202FZurich\u202Ffor our 2024 season.\u202F 

PURPOSE OF POSITION

As a Viking Airport\u202FHost,\u202Fyou will work in an international environment at the\u202FZurich\u202Fairport, with the purpose of assisting arriving and departing Viking guests.\u202F 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing excellent customer service to Viking guests traveling to/from the USA, UK and Australia.\u202F 
• Escorting Viking guests between terminals and to/from the transfer motor coaches/minivans. 
• Communicating\u202Fthe\u202Fprogress of day-to-day airport transfers to Viking Representatives based at the hotels.\u202F 
• Assisting in operational issues, such as lost baggage and check-in problems.\u202F 
• Handling unexpected problems and challenges.

• Must possess a valid work permit for Switzerland 

WHAT WE OFFER

• We offer a per-diem contract, which means you will be paid per working day, once per month. 
• This is an ideal side job for those who like to work a couple of days per week or month.  
• The expected workload is approximately 2-8 days per month. 
• The season runs May-December2024
