We are looking for Maître D to join a 4-star German cruise brand

Applicants must have a good standard of the German language and previous cruise ship experience in a similar role is essential.

* Qualification / Job experience
 * Qualified training in an hotel or restaurant
* Minimum 3 Years job experience 
* Very good knowledge of products and restaurant operations
* PH/ HACCP Knowledge Minimum age 20
*  Authority, flexibility and organising ability Cost and quality awareness 

Contract length:  6 months.

Work Experience Requirements
