It's no secret that "People buy from People." While having amazing brands, raffle parties, and boutiques is crucial, success depends on your team of shoppies and specialists.

What We’re Looking For

• Honest, hardworking, and down-to-earth individuals eager to share their knowledge and create magical experiences onboard.
• Strong experience working as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or in management on land, at sea, or even on the moon... If you can motivate a team of shoppies and specialists, you're already ahead.

Just some of the things you can expect but as always it is better to discuss at interview:

• Access to The Cruise Retail Academy and brand training.
• Competitive salary and generous commission structure (Discussed in detail at interview)
• Dedicated in-house bespoke training across sales, products, and brands.
• Contract role, working and living at sea for up to 6 months at a time, with a 1-2 month break between contracts.
• Necessary visas and seafaring documents to work at sea including a medical.
