It's no secret that "People buy from People." While having amazing brands, raffle parties, and boutiques is essential, success depends on a dedicated team of shoppies and specialists. As a Jewellery Specialist, you make the difference and play a vital role in achieving your targets!

What We’re Looking For

• Honest, hardworking, and down-to-earth individuals with a passion for jewellery, eager to share their knowledge and create magical experiences onboard.
• Positive experience working with guests to create memorable moments on land, at sea, or even on the moon... If you can deliver outstanding guest experiences and thrive in a team environment, you're already ahead.

Just some of the things you can expect but as always it is better to discuss at interview:

• Access to The Cruise Retail Academy and brand training.
• Competitive salary and generous commission structure (Discussed in detail at interview)
• Dedicated in-house bespoke training across sales, products, and brands.
• Contract role, working and living at sea for up to 6 months at a time, with a 1-2 month break between contracts.
• Necessary visas and seafaring documents to work at sea including a medical.
