What We’re Looking For

• Honest, hardworking, and down-to-earth individuals looking to enhance their careers and potentially become leaders.
• Positive experience working with guests, creating magical moments on land, at sea, or even on the moon... If you can deliver outstanding guest experiences and love working with others in a team, you're already winning.

Just some of the things you can expect but as always it is better to discuss at interview:

• Access to The Cruise Retail Academy and brand training.
• Competitive salary and generous commission structure (Discussed in detail at interview)
• Dedicated in-house bespoke training across sales, products, and brands.
• Contract role, working and living at sea for up to 6 months at a time, with a 1-2 month break between contracts.
• Necessary visas and seafaring documents to work at sea including a medical.
