• Role:                Maître D’
• Cruise line:      4* Cruise liner
• Reports:          Assigned restaurant team
• Salary:            $6,380 USD per month – paid whilst on board only
• Rotation:         6 to 8 months on and 2 months off
• Berthing:         Single Cabin

 You the BRILLIANT Maître D’

• You will have worked at sea on a cruise liner before – As a Maître D before
• You will have experience of leading a team of 50+ in a restaurant operation
• You will speak fluent English and any additional language is a plus
• You are enthusiastic, keen and eager to work 7 days a week and offer service-excellence to the guests.
