Your chartered goal

• Managing the development and maintenance of mobile applications throughout the entire software lifecycle
• Lead the (external) development team
• Define and guarantee high quality and performance standards
• Plan and document technical specifications for a clear development roadmap
• Design and configure applications to meet business and application requirements
• Build internal development capabilities where required
• Define standards for testable, scalable, and efficient code and conduct code reviews
• Mentor junior team members and promote industry best practices
• Stay abreast of relevant emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the software product

Your previous ports of call

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in leading software development projects, particularly mobile applications development and operations
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Familiarity with various programming languages, frameworks and architectural designs relevant to mobile app development
• Knowledge of application performance monitoring and optimization techniques
• Experience in software development as well as in managing third-party developers and vendors
• Professional Proficiency in English and High Proficiency in German as well as confident handing of MS Office 365
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
