The Role

The Planning & Change Manager within the People Team is responsible for the successful delivery of all elements around the People Portfolio. This includes managing the running of projects, activities and workstreams including planning, risk and issue management of the project team and the project deliverables.

The Planning & Change Manager will play an instrumental role in the quality management service, managing the delivery of the analysis and development of new and existing business processes and projects.They are responsible for planning and supporting strategic change management as well as developing and driving a continuous improvement culture throughout the business.

Own and manage multiple projects
Identify and escalate potential risks
Track and monitor the overall progress of project budgets within their remit
Support the management of the technology strategy
Stakeholder management
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK07 and is offered on a full-time 12 month fixed term contract basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, including up to two days from home.
