We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine for Mitsui Ocean Fuji Cruise ship.

The Mitsui Ocean Fuji Cruise ship will cater for 458 pampered guests and offer all the luxury of a modern small luxurious vessel.

As a Chef de Cuisine Buffet you will be responsible for supervising the Buffet culinary and Sushi teams. Leading and mentoring the team in the storage, preparation, production, and service of high-quality meals for our guests, ensuring that recipes and presentations are followed accurately maintaining company standards.
Previous ship experience is a must, c1d visa will be required together with all valid STCW certifications and seaman book.
