Your Duties
- Support the Executive Chef in leading the kitchen team and ensuring high-quality dish preparation.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
- Create and coordinate duty rosters for efficient work organization.
- Manage inventory and conduct accurate stock takes.
- Control food costs and adhere to the budget.
- Train and motivate the team for excellent performance.
- Act as the Executive Chef's deputy in their absence and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a chef.
- Several years of experience in the four-star sector, preferably at sea or on rivers.
- Leadership experience and excellent organizational skills.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- PC skills (MS Office) and knowledge in costing and recipes.
- HACCP knowledge and health certificate for the gastronomy sector.
- Team player and cooperative behavior.
- Decisiveness and problem-solving skills.
