Your Duties

  • Prepare and present dishes in the Show Galley to delight our guests.
  • Assist in setting up and dismantling buffets, juice stations, and bread stations, including their cleaning.
  • Adhere to A-Rosa standard recipes according to the cookbook to ensure the highest quality.
  • Support daily buffet decoration and crew meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
  • Assist with mise-en-place and tasks in all kitchen areas.
  • Ensure hygiene in the entire work area according to the applicable standards.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training as a cook.
  • At least six months of professional experience, preferably ship experience.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
  • Basic knowledge of international standard products.
  • HACCP knowledge and a health certificate for the gastronomy sector.
  • Commitment and enthusiasm for culinary challenges.
  • Team spirit and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
