Your Duties

  • Independently prepare and present high-quality dishes in the specialty area that delight guests.
  • Ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen to guarantee a first-class culinary experience.
  • Creatively contribute to menu planning and work closely with the head chef.
  • Guide and mentor junior chefs and apprentices to ensure the culinary excellence of the team.
  • Accurately monitor and manage stock levels in the section to ensure smooth operations.
  • Efficiently organize workflows in the section to maximize productivity and quality.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training as a chef and several years of experience in a similar position.
  • Passion for fine dining and creative talent in food preparation.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a high level of responsibility.
  • Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment.
