Your Task

  • Produce all bakery products in the onboard bakery according to specified recipes.
  • Produce the entire bread roll assortment and support in making sweets and desserts.
  • Ensure hygiene in the entire work area and adherence to uniform regulations.
  • Control and organize ordering, storage, and inventory management.
  • Assist in loading goods and support other kitchen areas as needed.
  • Take over patisserie tasks on rest and vacation days.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training as a baker.
  • Knowledge in patisserie is an advantage.
  • At least two years of professional experience as a baker, preferably with river and/or ocean experience.
  • Very good knowledge in bread and roll production, as well as making cakes and desserts.
  • Knowledge of international standard products and HACCP knowledge.
  • Good German and English language skills.
  • Passion for bakery products and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Team player with the ability to stay organized even in stressful situations.
