We are looking for a CHINESE SPEAKING Buffet Supervisor  to progress their career with a large European Cruise Line. 

To be considered for this role, you will require below:

Documented and certified in Food Safety

Basic Safety Training (BST) and all other certification and documentation

Essential language and level – Italian and English 

Ability to communicate in other major European languages depending on the itinerary of the Ship, is
an advantage

Two to Three years supervisory experience in 5-star operation: hotel, restaurant or cruise ship— Excellent
knowledge of food, beverage and international cuisine.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the Mandarin language is required.
