Restaurant Manager (Sea-Going Vessel)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Restaurant Manager to join team aboard a sea-going ship. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for hospitality with the adventure of working at sea. The position starts in March and runs through the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor the restaurant team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Conduct regular training sessions, manage inventories, and handle supply orders.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
