Requirements:
- EU nationalities ONLY !
- Luxury food and beverage skills gained in four / five-star operations on River or Ocean going vessels.
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practices and trends in the food and beverage world.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire your team.
- Proficiency in the English language.

Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating work across all levels, from the galley to the front desk, ensuring clear objectives are set.
- Collaborating with the Captain and Cruise Manager for a successful operation.
- Organizing, training, supervising, and leading your team to independence and empowerment in their roles.
- Supporting and ensuring team adherence to Uniworld standards and HACCP cleanliness and hygiene procedures.
- Managing budgets, analyzing financial information, and monitoring sales and profits to achieve set targets.
- Planning holiday rotations and on/off-duty schedules for your team.
- Regularly informing head office for optimal team members assignment evaluation.
- Conducting appraisals with your team members, ensuring their reports also conduct appraisals.
- Dealing with maintenance issues, staff or equipment shortages, and overseeing renovations.
- Inspecting facilities regularly and enforcing strict compliance with standards.
- Providing active, friendly, efficient, and professional service in all onboard venues and areas.
- Conducting regular monthly talks with your team to set and follow up on goals.
- Organizing work and managing time according to daily program times, events, and schedules.
- Managing onboard supplies and equipment inventories as per procedures.
- Minimizing and keeping track of breakage.
- Leading and contributing to meetings, daily briefings, and socializing with guests.
- Performing ship’s briefings for guests.
- Assisting in preparing the ship at the end of the season for the start of the next season.
- Practicing and implementing the “Upserve” culture approach for an enhanced cruise experience and onboard profit targets.
- Ensuring compliance with maximum working hours per day/week/month as per law and GRC regulations.
- Participating in learning activities, training programs, safety, and emergency drills.
