Dancing Teacher

Your life on board

As a Dancing Teacher, you’ll create lively and professional dance experiences, fostering socialization and promoting cross cultural communication. You will create unforgettable experiences for our guests through activities and themed parties celebrating worldwide musical styles.

Demonstrate your passion

• You will plan dance classes at different skill levels to satisfy guests’ expectations, ensuring everyone has an enriching experience.
• You will create all the choreographies for the theme parties, ensuring high quality standards.
• You will organize and promote excellent private dancing lessons to enhance guests’ participation.
• You will be a promoter of dancing activities, maintaining a positive atmosphere and give the right motivation to our Guests.

Getting Things Right

• You will actively collaborate with the onboard Entertainment team, organizing games and activities for our Guests.
• You will professionally handle guests feedback, entertaining them with your energy and enthusiasm.

Safety First

• You’ll be proactive in promoting and keeping our safety guidelines and code of conduct.
• You’ll help create a welcoming and secure environment where everyone feels comfortable and respected.

What makes you unique

• You have at least a secondary school diploma or higher.
• You have at least one year’s experience in ballroom dancing as dance instructor or as a professional dancer.
• You have a good knowledge of the following dancing styles: Valzer, Tango, Mazurka, Cha Cha Cha, Salsa, Bachata, Merengue.
• You are an enthusiastic, flexible and dynamic person, at ease with public speaking.
• You have a good command of the English language (at least B1). Proficiency in a third language is a plus.
