Rotational Pastry Chef - Private 100m+ Mega Yacht 

Start Date: November 15th
Location: Europe / Middle East
Package: Salary paid in Euros, 176 days leave

Experience and Attributes Required:


• Minimum of 3 years’ experience (post qualification) in high end restaurants, hotel, bakery, or other relevant experience.
• 1-2 years’ yacht experience preferable but not necessary if training and restaurant background is strong enough.
• Good base knowledge of all aspects of pastry, patisserie, chocolate work and bread baking.
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt and work as part of a large galley team
• Exceptional attention to detail, hygiene, and food safety
• Willing to assist in the galley when needed

Qualifications Required:


• Professional Chef diploma or higher, preferably in patisserie or post experience in a majority pastry role or NVQ level 2 or above
STCW (all updated)
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (Minimum 6 months' validity)
• Seaman’s Discharge Book
• Crowd management
• Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2
• Covid vaccinated - initial vaccines & booster (Client Request)
