We’re looking for energetic and knowledgeable Liquor Specialists to join our successful retail teams at sea, on cruise ships around the world.

Do you take pride in representing well-known liquor brands and know how to make a cocktail or two? Are you tired of life on land, or have you worked at sea before and want to return?

This is a truly unique and varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be adaptable and ready for new challenges, seeing the world while you deliver memorable retail experiences for our customers.

What you’ll do:

• Live and work on a cruise ship (you could be anywhere in the world!)
• Create exceptional and memorable retail experiences for guests on board
• Maximise sales by promoting a quality range of products, using your liquor expertise to conduct promotional events in store including seminars and tastings
• Develop detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand culture
• Maintain good stock control and impeccable visual merchandising standards in store

What you’ll bring:

• Strong retail or hospitality background combined with knowledge of liquor and tobacco products
• Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivation and drive to achieve and exceed sales targets, utilising upselling techniques
• Confident public speaker with experience of showcasing premium liquor brands
• A solid work ethic, able to adapt to change and thrive in high energy environments
• A team player attitude, able to take initiative and be flexible in your role requirements
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages would be advantageous
• A good level of physical fitness is required
