Your Tasks

• Planning and coordinating all technical aspects of the entertainment area across our entire fleet
• Ensuring the technical and safety aspects of the Entertainment Department
• Implementing entertainment concepts and liaising with external providers to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests
• Supporting the onboard host to maintain seamless, high-quality entertainment services
• Coordinating repairs and orders to ensure smooth operations
• Regular onboard visits for quality assurance and entertainment standards monitoring
• Creating and maintaining manuals, guidelines, and other relevant documentation
• Close collaboration with the entertainment management team to foster synergies and enhance overall quality
• Stepping in as relief host during unforeseen events or staff shortages

Your Profile

• Degree or training in event technology, ideally as an event management assistant
• Proven experience as a sound event technician
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written
• Open-minded and solution-oriented approach
