We are looking for SIA qualified security professionals, who are available on an ad hoc/seasonal basis (primarily during school half terms, summer holidays) to provide additional presence and support across our various venues onboard.

As a Venue Experience Officer, you will support the management of queues and crowds onboard, supervise venue age restrictions / responsible service of alcohol and proactively promote a friendly, safe, and secure environment for all our guests to enjoy. 

In order to be successful in your application, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in venue / event / door supervision
  • Experience of working in a fast-moving customer centric environment (family-friendly preferred)
  • Full knowledge of public safety and security.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • SIA Door/Venue Supervisor License Holder.
  • ENG1 Medical Certificate (or Equivalent) (This can be obtained after offer of employment)

Life on board involves working on average 10 hours a day, with shifts split across the morning, afternoon, and evening onboard activities.
