THIS IS A LAND-BASED ROLE WORKING IN VVIP PRIVATE RESIDENCE IN OMAN 

A long standing client of Silver Swan's is looking to expand their F&B team within their formal VVIP private residence. We are looking to hire a small team of service professionals to join the team. You will work within a small team in place to provide a full service of all F&B to the Principal and his guests. The role also involves plenty of travel throughout the year to the UK and Europe.

We can only consider female candidates due to the culture of the family.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a daily 5* level of service or breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and all drinks
• Arrange tables, chairs, and dining settings according to household standards.
• Ensure all silverware, glassware, and plates are polished and spotless.
• Refill drinks and attend to guests' needs during meals.
• Be familiar with daily menus, ingredients, and any dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Greet and assist guests with seating and dining needs.
• Ensure guests feel comfortable and attended to at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area before, during, and after service.
• Communicate effectively with the chef and kitchen team for smooth service.
• Relay guest feedback and any special requests to the kitchen.
• Serve dishes and beverages in a formal or informal style, as required by the household.
• Monitor and restock dining room supplies such as napkins, condiments, and tableware.
• Report any shortages or broken items to the F&B Manager
• Assist in the preparation and service of events or dinner parties.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the household and its members.
• Always act in a respectful, polite, and professional manner.
• Travel with the Principal and your service team to other international residences when required
• Handle confidential information and maintain discretion at all times.

Ideal Candidate

• you must be female for cultural reasons
• solid 5* service experience – min 2 years experience gained on a yacht, 5* cruise liner, hotel, resort or private household
• basic cocktail skills
• some wine knowledge
• previous experience working closely with UHNW clients
• fluent in English
• EU passport holders will be prioritised so you can travel easily with the Principal

Package

• own bedroom within a brand newly built apartment – access to a pool and gym
• travel & visas as required
• 40 days annual leave
• 1 flight home a year
• 5 day working week: 2 days off
• $1,800 – $2,200 net per month DOE
