We are looking for a CHINESE SPEAKING Sous Chef to progress their career with a large European Cruise Line. 

To be considered for this role, you will require below:

Fluent in oral and written English (working & Safety language of the Company) 

Experience on a Cruise Ship in a similar position for 3 years or more.

Minimum requirements-High school graduate.

Preferred – Completed Technical education in Hospitality School.

Certified in Food Safety/HACCP.
